The Mission of the Oregon SHARP (Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program) Alliance is to promote safety and health management and cooperation among companies and government for the betterment of all Oregon workers.
The health and safety of all Oregonians is of vital importance to the Oregon SHARP Alliance.
The next SHARP Alliance General training event will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 at the Pendleton Convention Center at 1601 Westgate in Pendleton OR, from 1:00 to 4:30 pm. The training session will be held as a Pre-Conference Workshop for the Blue Mountain Safety and Health Conference, sponsored by the Oregon SHARP Alliance.
To attend, you must register for the pre-conference workshop at the Blue Mountain Safety and Health Conference. There is a $40.00 Registration fee, which helps support the Conference. The SHARP Alliance also encourages you to stay and attend the Blue Mountain Occupational Safety and Health Conference on June 6. The topic is Building a Sustainable Safety Culture that Makes a Difference. The session will cover how to build a self-sustaining safety culture. The speakers have collectively more than 110 years of safety and health management experience. They have personally used SHARP and VPP methodologies to evaluate and improve high-injury worksites, noncompliance attitudes, and poor-performing facilities. Come learn from their experiences as they provide you with information and tools to help you improve the safety culture at your workplace. Join us on Monday, June 5, 2023, from 1:00 til 4:30 pm for this special SHARP Alliance presentation. Then feel free to stay for the 15th Annual Blue Mountain Conference on June 6! |

Membership
Full membership is open to those companies who have received SHARP or VPP recognition from Oregon OSHA.
Associate membership is open to all others. |
FlagsThe Oregon SHARP Alliance has been authorized by the Oregon OSHA VPP/SHARP Program Manager to purchase replacement SHARP Graduate and VPP Star flags in bulk, in order to help SHARP and VPP sites replace their flags at a lower cost.
