Most of your best workers are already looking for ways they can be more effective in their jobs; they just need to know how! This session covers some of the best practices used by Oregon Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) companies to enable their employees to take meaningful and long-term ownership of safety and health related activities in their workplaces. Speakers Include: Mark Hurliman, CSHM SHARP/VPP Program Coordinator Oregon OSHA, Medford Rick Blackmarr Retired Jeff Hibner Terminal Manager NuStar Energy, Portland Ray Illingsworth Safety Coordinator Marvin Wood Products, Baker City Joe Sypal EHS Manager Sherwin Williams-Purdy, Portland 2:15-2:45 p.m. Break sponsored by the Oregon SHARP Alliance |
